INSTRUCTIONS |

Log on to club’s play-cricket web site |

Will be either presented with home page or administration
home page. If at home page, double click on admin. (bottom left of screen) |

From admin home page double click on “club members”
(centre left). |

From drop down menu double click on “members database”.
Members database page is displayed – showing table of all entered club members (if any) |

From search facility box click on to down arrow at the right
of “role”. This will produce a drop down menu. |

From the drop down menu select “league registered
players”. |

From “sub role” drop down menu select “Home Counties Premier
Cricket League registered player” |

From “status” drop down menu select “active” |

Click on search. |

On top of a table listing all the club’s Home Counties
Premier Cricket League registered players (if any) you will be presented with three choices of
action. |

if “create new user…..” Chosen fill in all the fields. Any
field marked with a “*” is compulsory and the system will not allow a player to be registered
unless these fields are completed.
Click on “add user” |

For address the club’s address may be used |

“Date last entered Uk” will need to be completed if Country
of birth is not UK |

Club role page is displayed. Select “league registered
players”. |

All input information is displayed. At bottom of the page the
“Home Counties Premier Cricket League registered player” will show “pending” until the
application as been approved. After approval it will show “active” click on “Save”. |

If “Apply Home Counties Premier Cricket League Registered
Player role to other users in your database” is selected a list of non-registered users will be
presented. |

If a tick box to the right of a player’s name then all the
compulsory details have been entered. Click on the box or boxes and click on “apply”. A request
for registration has been applied for and the player’s name will be removed from this list. An
application of registration has been requested |

If “complete users info” appears to the right of the players
name click on it and enter the required information. Click on apply. Change drop down menu to
“apply” click on save. . Statue will change to pending. The player’s name will be removed from
the list. An application for registration has been requested. |

On confirmation that player has been registered the players
name will appear on right hand side of team picker. A players name will appear on the list of
league registered players. |

If you have entered your e-mail address you will receive a
confirmation e-mail that the players status has changed. Check the player(s) statue. If
registration has been approved the league registered status will show “active” the players e-mail
address shouldthen be amended. If the registration request has been refused, an e-mail or
telephone call to the club secretary will be made to that effect, stating the reasons for the
rejection. |

In the event that a registered player receives a ban from
playing cricket from any recognized governing body, the League Secretary or Registration
Secretary will de-register the player until the ban, which will include the full payment of any
financial penalty imposed, has been served. The League Secretary or Registration Secretary will
re-instate the player. The club may also apply for reinstatement using the above
procedure. |
